Theme not available
Check the correct store, account permissions, theme subscription and preview request status. An edition in development or review may not be available to all stores.
Images and banners
Check that the component is saved and that its image can be accessed. Review dimensions and crop settings on mobile and desktop. External images must be accessible to visitors.
Languages and links
Check translations in Salla and verify that the banner or menu destination remains correct after changing the language.
Product options and cart
Review availability, stock, product options and selling settings. Try a private browser window and record the steps. Do not change payment or inventory settings at random to troubleshoot an interface issue.
Loading and apps
Record the affected page, device, connection and when the issue occurs. Review large images, media and installed apps. Performance can depend on external services and store subscription; diagnose before attributing the issue to the theme.
Send a useful report
Include the page URL, reproduction steps, device, browser and a screenshot with customer details hidden. Never share passwords, verification codes or API keys.
